In June 2026, we invite you into The Inner Awakening Journey — a carefully held, nature-immersed experience designed to help you reconnect with what is true, alive, and essential within you.
Set in the stillness and beauty of The Wild Duck, this journey unfolds in two distinct yet connected experiences. You may choose the entry point that feels right for you — or allow the journey to deepen as it naturally calls you forward.

Meet your Hosts, Jarek, Yogi & Kasia (Agnieszka missing)
The Inner Awakening Journey is about remembering, softening, and awakening to the intelligence already within you.
One Journey, Two Entry Points
The Inner Awakening Journey recognises that each person arrives in their own time and at their own depth.
You may choose to join:
- The Retreat (24–27 June) — a space for rest, reset, and reconnection
- The Immersion (27–30 June) — a dedicated period of deeper practice, study, and integration
(30 hours Continuing Professional Development – CPD)
You are also welcome to attend both the Retreat and the Immersion, allowing the journey to unfold gradually from grounding and reflection into deeper exploration.
Each experience is held with care, integrity, and respect for individual pace and readiness.
Inner Awakening Journey Immersion

27 – 30 June 2026
For those who feel called to go deeper
The Immersion is an invitation into the inner architecture of awakening.
Rooted in the teachings of Sacred Anatomy, these days are dedicated to understanding and directly experiencing how awakening unfolds through the body, breath, energy, and consciousness. Drawing from the full spectrum of Yoga Ashokananda’s yoga disciplines — Himalayan Hatha Yoga, Prana Kriya Yoga, Atma Kriya Meditation— the Immersion supports a deeper integration of insight into lived experience.
This is not theoretical study.
It is experiential, embodied, and applied.
Sacred Anatomy in Practice
Throughout the Immersion, teachings and practices are woven together to illuminate the inner pathways through which awareness, vitality, and clarity move:
- Breath – Learning how to breathe in ways that are appropriate to each practice, allowing energy to move naturally and without strain
- Kumbhaka – exploring the intelligence of stillness and suspension
- Bandhas – engaging internal seals to direct and stabilize energy
- Chakras – understanding and experiencing centers of consciousness and perception
- Nadis – sensing and refining the subtle channels through which prana flows
- Elements – working with earth, water, fire, air, and space as lived inner forces
- Mudra – using gesture, posture, and inner positioning to guide awareness
- Prana – Exploring the five primary expressions of prana within the body — their specific locations, functions, and natural directions of movement
- Pranayama – refining awareness of prana and cultivating conscious regulation of energy
These teachings are integrated through asana, kriya, meditation, inquiry, silence, and guided integration, allowing insight to be felt, known, and lived — not merely understood.
The Immersion Space
The Immersion is held in a smaller, more intimate field, allowing for precision, depth, and attunement. It is suited for those ready to meet themselves with sincerity and p
resence, and to explore how awakening is supported through disciplined practice and inner listening.
You can expect:
- Integrated Sacred Anatomy teachings across movement, asanas, kriyas, pranayama and meditation
- Direct experience of subtle body intelligence
- Guided practices that refine perception and inner stability
- Spaciousness for reflection, integration, and inner listening
- A grounded, respectful space that honors your inner pace

Participation is open to anyone who feels genuinely called to deepen — whether or not you attended the Retreat.
Our Location – Osada Dzika Kaczka, The Wild Duck

Mikołajki is a small town in northeastern Poland, located in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. We are in the heart of the Masurian Lake District, a region famous for its stunning lakes, forests, and outdoor recreational activities. Dzika Kaczka is located 50 m from the forest and 500 m from Lake Głębokie with 1st class of cleanliness, surrounded by a silent zone, with a beautiful beach a large comfortable pier only for our guests. There are also many picturesque bike routes around, and you can rent bikes on site. We are 6 km away from the “heart of Mazury”, i.e. picturesque Mikołajki, and only 18 km from Mrągowo.

At the Wild Duck, humans do not rule. We are guests of the Masurian land and we do not interfere with the storks that live on our roof or the butterflies that drink nectar from the surrounding flowers. We try to live by causing as little harm as possible. In return for our respect, we receive unearthly views, the cool water of Lake Głębokie, ponds full of fish and the abundant harvests of this land.\
We have our own pier and beach on Lake Głębokie. The lake is closed to motorboat traffic, so there is peace and quiet here. The water is first class clean, sometimes you can find a crayfish on the shore. One of our nice guests counted that there are 800 walking steps on the lake.
