Poland Immersion Inner Awakening Journey 27-30 June Session Details
Immersion Master Classes
Himalayan Hatha Yoga
The Himalayan Hatha Yoga Immersion Master Classes invite practitioners into the living tradition of Himalayan Hatha Yoga, approached through the lens of Sacred Anatomy and guided by Yogi Ashokananda, the master of the discipline.

The practice explores how awakening unfolds through the body, breath, and subtle energy system. Asana is taught with precision and purpose, not as an external shape, but as a means to understand alignment within the nadis, chakras, elements, and directional flow of prana.
Attention is given to how posture, breath, and inner engagement work together to create clarity, stability, and openness.
Breath is applied according to the needs of each practice, supporting the natural movement of energy. Prana is explored through its different expressions in the body, cultivating awareness of where energy gathers, how it moves, and how balance is restored through correct application of technique. Bandhas and mudra are introduced as internal supports that guide and stabilise this process.
The Immersion integrates asana, kriya, and meditation are distinct disciplines, allowing practitioners to experience Sacred Anatomy directly rather than conceptually. Practice supports joint and ligament integrity, muscular strength, and the refinement of inner perception, while remaining grounded in safety and respect for individual capacity.
Himalayan Hatha Yoga, as offered in this Immersion, is a path of sustained inner inquiry. Through disciplined attention to form, breath, and energy, practice becomes a means of aligning the physical body with subtler layers of experience, supporting clarity, steadiness, and depth both on and off the mat.
Pranayama
Immersion Master Class
This Immersion Master Class presents Pranayama as a precise and disciplined practice within the framework of Sacred Anatomy.

The practice explores the five primary expressions of prana in the body — their locations, functions, and natural directions of movement. Through guided application of breath, participants learn how prana, apana, samana, udana, and vyana influence physical stability, mental clarity, and the flow of energy through the subtle channels.
Breathing techniques are applied according to the needs of each practice, respecting the structure of the body and the pathways of the nadis. Attention is given to how inhalation, exhalation, and natural retention affect the balance and distribution of prana.
Kumbhaka is approached as a moment of stillness that arises from balance rather than effort. Bandhas are introduced as internal supports that help direct and contain the movement of energy, without force or strain.
Pranayama, as taught in this Immersion, is not used to stimulate or control, but to refine awareness and restore coherence within the system. Through careful practice, breath becomes a means of understanding the inner anatomy of energy and cultivating steadiness, clarity, and presence.
Prana Kriya Yoga
Immersion Master Class

This Immersion Master Class introduces Prana Kriya Yoga as a distinct and precise discipline within the teachings of Sacred Anatomy, guided by Yogi Ashokananda.
Prana Kriya Yoga works directly with the movement of prana through structured sequences of kriya, breath, primordial sound, and inner focus.
The practice explores how energy moves through the nadis, how it is influenced by the five expressions of prana, and how balance is restored through correct application of technique rather than effort or force.
Kriyas are approached as purposeful actions that affect both the physical body and the subtle pathways of energy. Breath is applied with accuracy, supporting the natural direction of prana, while bandhas, mudra, and primordial sound are used as internal supports to guide and stabilise this movement.
Attention is given to how Prana Kriya Yoga refines perception, steadies the mind, and supports the gradual awakening of inner awareness. Rather than aiming for experience or result, the practice emphasises clarity, repetition, and attentiveness, allowing change to arise organically.
Prana Kriya Yoga, as taught in this Immersion, is not a synthesis of practices but a complete discipline in itself, rooted in lineage and direct experience. Through sustained and respectful practice, participants are invited to understand how disciplined action, guided by breath and energy, supports inner alignment and awakening.
The Power of Relaxation
Immersion Master Class
This Immersion Master Class explores relaxation as a deliberate and cultivated state, grounded in the principles of Sacred Anatomy and guided by Yogi Ashokananda.

Relaxation is approached not as collapse or escape, but as the result of correct posture, balanced breath, and regulated flow of prana. The practice examines how physical alignment and inner attention influence the nervous system and support stability, receptivity, and clarity.
Attention is given to the relationship between breath and prana, and how settling the movement of energy allows the body and mind to rest without dullness. The role of awareness is emphasised, allowing tension patterns and habitual responses to be recognised without resistance.
Guided relaxation practices and meditation are introduced as distinct disciplines, each supporting stillness in a different way. The teachings draw on traditional yogic understanding of chakras, with particular attention to grounding and stability in the lower centres, creating the conditions for ease and presence to arise naturally.
Rather than seeking a particular emotional state, the practice encourages honesty and acceptance of experience as it is. By allowing the body and mind to settle without force, space is created for clarity, steadiness, and inner quiet.
This Immersion Master Class offers practical tools for cultivating relaxation and stillness as ongoing practices, supporting a grounded and authentic way of living in daily life.
Atma Kriya Meditation
Immersion Master Class
This Immersion Master Class introduces Atma Kriya Meditation as a distinct and disciplined meditation practice, guided by Yogi Ashokananda and rooted in the understanding of Sacred Anatomy.

Atma Kriya Meditation is approached as an inward movement of awareness and prana, drawing attention away from external engagement and toward the inner field of experience. The practice works with breath, gentle concentration, and subtle awareness to support the refinement of perception and the settling of mental activity.
Rather than directing energy outward or seeking experience, the meditation allows prana to gather and stabilise within the central pathways of the body. Awareness is invited to rest in stillness, creating the conditions for clarity and insight to arise naturally.
Attention is given to how meditation relates to the chakras, nadis, and the directional movement of prana, without force or manipulation. The practice respects meditation as its own discipline, distinct from asana and kriya, and emphasises consistency, patience, and sincerity.
The Immersion includes a meditation discourse, offering context and guidance on the purpose and principles of meditation, followed by an opportunity for direct inquiry with Yogi Ashokananda. This allows practitioners to deepen understanding, clarify obstacles, and refine their approach to practice.
Atma Kriya Meditation, as taught in this Immersion, is a path of inner listening and self-recognition. Through regular practice, awareness is given the space to settle into its own nature, supporting steadiness, clarity, and inner freedom.
Sangha
Community Inquiry with Yogi Ashokananda

Sangha is a gathering rooted in shared presence, listening, and inquiry. The word sangha refers to association or community, and in this Immersion it represents a space where practitioners come together with a common orientation toward practice and understanding.
Guided by Yogi Ashokananda, the Sangha offers an opportunity to explore a theme that arises from the group and the teachings. Rather than discussion for debate or opinion, the emphasis is on clarifying understanding through attentive listening and considered response.
Participants are invited to ask questions, share reflections, and bring forward experiences that have emerged through practice. The collective setting allows insight to unfold not only through individual inquiry, but through the resonance of shared exploration.
Sangha supports the integration of the Immersion by offering a space where teachings are articulated, refined, and grounded in lived experience. It is a time to listen carefully, speak honestly, and deepen understanding through respectful exchange.
This gathering honours community as a support for the path — not as agreement, but as a shared commitment to clarity, sincerity, and continued practice.
