Yogi Ashokananda, a revered Yoga Master and pillar of London’s vibrant yoga community, is honoured to continue the Yoga Mastery Journey in London with the third of three sessions this year, focused on the Awakening Through the Five Elements.

True mastery begins when the body, mind, and soul move in harmony with the rhythms of nature. This special one-day workshop at Kensington Primary Academy offers an immersive exploration of the timeless wisdom of yoga, guided by the elemental forces of earth, water, fire, air, and space.

It is equally valuable for those navigating significant life changes, embarking on a new path, or deepening an established yoga and meditation practice. Yoga teachers will also find practical and authentic tools to refine their skills, expand their teaching methods, and bring greater depth and inspiration to their students.

Through Yogi Ashokananda’s unique and powerful teachings, you will learn yoga and meditation disciplines that engage the whole self—physical, emotional, mental, and psychological.

The journey of awakening begins with movement, breath, and energy flowing in harmony with the forces of nature. In this opening session of Awakening Through the Five ElementsYogi Ashokananda will lead you through a powerful Prana Kriya Yoga Master Class designed to awaken the elemental forces within—stability of earth, fluidity of water, vitality of fire, expansiveness of air, and spaciousness of ether.

Prana Kriya Yoga unites physical movement (kriya) with the power of the breath to awaken your creative potential and align your actions with your deepest intentions. Through a harmonious blend of subtle kriyas, breath patterns, primordial sounds, and mudras, this practice works on both the physical and energetic bodies—clearing old patterns, revitalising your system, and stimulating the flow of kundalini energy.

As the first step in your elemental journey, this session will prepare your body and energy for the deeper alignment and strength developed in the Himalayan Hatha Yoga session, and for the profound stillness and clarity found in the Atma Kriya Meditation session later in the day. By the end of this practice, you will feel grounded, energised, and open—ready to engage more deeply with the elements within you.

In this master session, Yogi Ashokananda will guide you into the heart of Atma Kriya Meditation, a transformative practice that awakens the five elements within your own being—grounding like earth, flowing like water, igniting like fire, expanding like air, and opening into the infinite space of pure awareness.

Through breath, gentle concentration, and refined inner focus, you will learn to channel prana (life force) through the body into higher consciousness, aligning with the essence of your true self. This elemental journey harmonises your inner and outer nature, cultivating clarity, self-awareness, and profound inner peace.
