The Yoga Mastery Journey Overview

The Yoga Mastery Journey unfolds over four distinct sessions, each offering a complete and accessible experience while forming a cohesive path toward deeper awareness, stability, and presence. Participants may join at any session and receive the full benefit of practice, whether new to yoga or experienced.

Monday April 6 – Foundations of Mastery – Himalayan Hatha Yoga
The journey begins by establishing steadiness in the body and breath.

Through attentive exploration of asana, participants learn to inhabit each posture with balance, alignment, and ease.

The practice nurtures structural stability, muscular harmony, and mindful presence, creating a solid foundation for all subsequent work.


Tuesday April 9 –  Directing the Energy – Prana Kriya Yoga
Building on bodily steadiness, this session guides participants to consciously direct energy through the structured practice of Prana Kriya Yoga.

Breath, movement, sound, and focused attention are unified, cultivating sensitivity to inner currents without striving for dramatic outcomes. Participants observe how energy flows and stabilizes, developing precision, awareness, and inner calm.


Sunday April 12 – Power of Relaxation – Active Meditation through Kriya Practice

Power of Relaxation, an active meditative kriya practised seated or lying down. Participants explore how relaxation can be conscious, alert, and dynamic.

Breath, subtle movement, and focused attention allow the body to release tension while awareness remains steady, cultivating nervous system balance, energetic sensitivity, and a living presence of stillness.


Monday April 13 – Integration and Inner Stability – Himalayan Hatha Yoga Masterclass

The journey culminates with a masterclass that integrates movement, energy, and awareness.

Participants refine alignment, breath, and presence, consolidating steadiness within posture, mind, and inner flow. The session offers practical tools to sustain balance, clarity, and conscious engagement both on and off the mat, completing the circle of mastery with grounded, embodied awareness.

Across the four sessions, the Yoga Mastery Journey moves from foundation to energy, then meditation, and finally integration.
