This session advances the Yoga Mastery Journey through the disciplined practice of Prana Kriya Yoga. Once the body is steadied and the breath refined, the practitioner begins to work more consciously with the movement of energy.

Prana Kriya Yoga integrates movement, breath, primordial sound, and focused attention in a structured and methodical way. The purpose is not to pursue extraordinary experiences or dramatic outcomes. It is to cultivate sensitivity to how these elements influence awareness and inner balance.
Kriyas are introduced with clarity and accessibility. Movements are coordinated with breath in a manner that is measured and intentional. Participants are guided to observe how energy is perceived within the body, and how proper pacing, alignment, and ease create stability rather than agitation. Through this attentive approach, practice becomes precise and purposeful.
For those new to yoga, this session provides a careful introduction to energetic discipline without overwhelm. For experienced practitioners and teachers, it offers refinement of coordination, timing, and internal perception. Mastery develops not through intensity, but through intelligent repetition and steady awareness.
