On 21st June, International Day of Yoga, Yogi Ashokananda, a revered Yoga Master and a cornerstone of London’s vibrant yoga community, invites you to continue the Yoga Mastery Journey with an immersive exploration of the pranic and subtle body.
This special day will focus on the power of prana and its influence on our energy and well-being, featuring Prana Kriya Yoga, Chakra Awakening, and the Power of Relaxation. Through a series of dynamic and restorative practices, you will deepen your understanding of the subtle energy systems within your body. The sessions will include kriyas, pranayama, guided meditation and chakra-focused techniques, all designed to activate and balance your energy centres while bringing a sense of calm, clarity, and vitality.

In addition to the physical practices, there will be discussions and shared experiences, allowing you to reflect on your journey, ask questions, and connect with the community. These sessions will help you refine your awareness of the pranic body, releasing emotional blockages, and integrating the physical, mental, and energetic layers of your being.

In this session, we will also journey into the transformative power of relaxation. By focusing on the lower chakras, you will release emotional blockages and bring light to your inner shadow, creating space for healing and inner peace. Yogi Ashokananda will guide you through techniques for calming the nervous system and connecting with your deeper self, helping you cultivate both presence and stillness.
Through a combination of postural alignment, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation, you will come to understand how the koshas and prana interact to influence your mental, emotional, and spiritual states.
