Yogi Ashokananda, a revered Yoga Master and pillar of London’s vibrant yoga community, is excited to kick off the Yoga Mastery Journey in London with the first of three sessions this year, focused on the transformative practices of Himalayan Hatha Yoga.

This immersive experience offers students and teachers alike the opportunity to deepen their practice, cultivate authenticity, and unlock powerful tools for personal and spiritual growth.

Designed for those seeking to refine their skills, navigate change, or deepen their connection with themselves, these sessions provide a comprehensive approach to yoga and meditation. Yogi’s teachings integrate the physical, emotional, mental, and psychological aspects essential for meaningful transformation. As he often says, “without engaging the vehicle, you cannot make any journey.”

Through these practices, you will clear the mind, refine awareness, and reconnect with your true self. By cultivating resilience, inner strength, and a deeper sense of purpose, these sessions offer valuable guidance on your path to greater self-discovery and growth.

Participants are welcome to engage in the full day of practice or choose from one of the two sessions, before or after the lunch break.

Join Yogi Ashokananda for The Foundation of Mastery, an immersive session that integrates deep internal awareness with expert alignment and refinement of key postures. Rooted in Himalayan Hatha Yoga, this transformative practice combines movement, breath control, bandhas, mudras  and focused awareness to cultivate balance, clarity, and inner strength.

Through guided sequencing, subtle body awareness and closed-eye practice, you will heighten sensitivity and deepen your connection between body, breath, and mind. Yogi’s dynamic teaching approach ensures an engaging and supportive experience for practitioners of all levels.

This session also offers expert guidance on posture alignment, adjustments, and the mindful use of props, helping you refine technique and unlock greater stability, energy flow, and resilience.

Mastery in Motion, a dedicated session to refine and deepen your understanding of key asanas from Himalayan Hatha Yoga.

Under the expert guidance of Yogi Ashokananda, you will explore essential alignments, adjustments, and the intelligent use of props to enhance your practice and teaching.

This session is designed to fine-tune your technique, ensuring optimal posture, stability, and energy flow.

Yogi will provide hands-on adjustments and personalized insights, allowing you to experience each asana with greater precision and awareness. The mindful application of props will support body’s unique needs, fostering both strength and ease within the practice.

Whether you are a student seeking deeper embodiment or a teacher refining your skills, this session offers invaluable tools to elevate your practice. Leave feeling aligned, empowered, and enriched with a deeper appreciation for the foundations of Himalayan Hatha Yoga.
