Class Pass Terms of Service

Monthly Unlimited Class Pass

  • Class Pass valid for use by named holder only
  • Payments for the monthly unlimited class pass will be charged to a debit or credit card on an automatic basis until cancelled based upon cancellation process
  • Yogiville will provide at least 60 days’ notice of any pricing adjustment

Cancelling Monthly Unlimited Class Pass

  • You must provide 20 days notice prior to next renewal date to cancel your Monthly Unlimited Class Pass  
  • Cancellations can not be backdated, and Class Passes are not eligible for refund
  • Login to the Customer Portal to cancel subscription prior to next renewal date or submit request via the cancellation form here.

Weekly Unlimited Class Pass

  • Class Pass valid for use by named holder only
  • Payments for the weekly unlimited class pass will be charged to a debit or credit card on an automatic basis until cancelled
  • Yogiville will provide at least 60 days’ notice of any pricing adjustment

Cancelling Weekly Unlimited pass

  • You must provide 5 days notice prior to next renewal date to cancel your Weekly Unlimited Class Pass  
  • Cancellations can not be backdated, and Class Passes are not eligible for refund
  • Login to the Customer Portal to cancel subscription prior to next renewal date or submit request via the cancellation form here.

Introductory Offer Class Pass

  • Offer available to new customers who have not previously attended an LIVE Online Class with Yogi Ashokananda
  • Class Pass valid for use by named holder only
  • Only 1 Introductory Offer Class Pass per customer
  • Unlimited classes over a 1-week period (7 days), effective from day of purchase
  • Introductory Offer Class Pass cannot be combined with any other promotional offer
  • Customer can elect to purchase any currently offered Class Pass at end of the 7 day period or not, there is no obligation 

Single Class Pass

  • Class Pass valid for use by named holder only
  • Payments for the Single Class Pass will be charged to a debit or credit card 
  • There is no automatic renewal for the Single Class Pass
  • Permits access to one class only within 7 Days of Purchase
  • No exchanges, no refunds permitted

Concession Class Pass

  • Class Pass valid for use by named holder only
  • Available for individuals who require it. Concessions available for people who may be struggling financially during the COVID-19 pandemic or for people who are essential workers and need a little bonus.
  • No need to be pre-approved to receive. 
  • No fee required.
  • There is no automatic renewal for the Single Class Pass
  • Permits access to one class only within 7 Days of receipt
  • No exchanges, no refunds permitted
