Strength & Inner Power Yoga Retreat 24 – 30 December 2014
This 7-day retreat will give you the unique experience of being with your body through Prana Kriya Yoga in the morning, Himalayan Hatha Yoga in the evening and Kriya Meditation during the day. You will find a sense of touch with your spirituality and strength through connecting with your body and mind with Prana Kriya Yoga, Himalayan Hatha Yoga, Silence, Kriya Meditation, Chanting and Holistic Therapies.
Your daily routine will consist of morning and evening yoga practices and either a meditation, workshop or satsang on meditation and spirituality during the day, and bhajan (chanting and drumming) in the evening accompanied with an open fire after dinner in the temple area. Each day’s programme will help you deepen your understanding of body & mind and to create harmony between both, while relaxing, rejuvenating and cleansing your system inside out. In between practices and meals you can observe the practice of Mauna (Silence) for internalising to grow your awareness.
During your free time you can visit the Sita Devi Charity School, visit the town, trekking, local sightseeing, chill in hammocks, Karma Yoga to Trees and plants or be in your own bubble and read a book.
